Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the shipping method, destination, and order size. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

HelloTabs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Any future international shipping options will be subject to applicable duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. HelloTabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unopened and unused products that are shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and quality considerations.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact support@hellotabs.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
